Terms & Conditions

1. Please fill the order form details completely and clearly to speed up ordering processing.
2. Please allow 3 working days for normal order processing, 5 working days for special order processing. E.g. Special gift wrapping.
3. Order cut-off time is 4:00pm, orders made (received) after 4:00pm will be considered as orders made on the following day.
4. Order will only be processed upon confirmation by FNC International Pte Ltd and will be charged immediately upon receipt of order.
5. Delivery schedule will be advised upon payment and completion of this order.
6. Amendments to Order must be made within 48 hours of ordering. A surcharge of S$25/- will be applied for amendments made on the date of delivery.
7. The merchandise is available while stock lasts.
8. A delivery service charge of S$20/- will be applied for each delivery location.
9. For Purchase of S$300/- or above, one FREE delivery (within Singapore) will be allowed. For each subsequent location, the standard delivery charge of S$20/- per location will be applied.
10. FNC International Pte Ltd will take no responsibility should late delivery be caused by majeure events.
11. While goods will be delivered to the best of our ability, FNC International Pte Ltd is not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer/recipent.
12. In the event of supply difficulties, FNC International Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute any item with goods of equal quality and value without prior notice.
13. For Collection Order, the order will be void should customers fail to pick up the ordered goods wihtin the agreed period. Payment will not be refunded.
14. Please confirm the content of order upon receipt of merchandise. Items sold are non-refundable.
15. Basic gift wrapping can be provided. Special gift wrapping will be charged separately depending on gift wrap design.
16. Kokoro Gift Cards available at S$1.20 each.
17. Please take note of expiry dates of merchandise and consume before expiry dates. Please keep merchandise in cool place to maintain its quality.
18. All terms and conditions are subject to changes without prior notice. FNC International Pte Ltd reserves all the rights to make final decision on all matters of dispute.
